Abstract Requirements

Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words excluding title, keywords, and references.

• Paper size: A4
• Margins: left and right – 20 mm, top and bottom – 25 mm
• Font: Arial; font size 12pt, single spacing
• Title: Arial; in bold type, font size 16pt
• Author and co-authors names, university/affiliation: Arial; font size 12pt, single spacing

You can submit your abstract through this link. When submitting, please keep in mind the following:

• Make sure your abstract does not exceed 300 words (excluding title, keywords, and references).
• Upload your abstract as a PDF, and include the references in the PDF (but not in the word count).
• Please indicate whether you would prefer to present your work orally (presentation), with a poster, or, in case you have no preference, either. (Please note that we might not be able to accommodate all preferences and, if your abstract is accepted, we might assign you to your non-preferred presentation mode if necessary.)
• Reviewing will be single-blind (i.e., reviewers will remain anonymous, but your name will be known to the reviewers and the programme committee). This means you are free to reference your previous work without anonymization.
• Submission deadline: Monday, 17 March 2025, 23:59 (CET).
• Notification of acceptance/rejection: Wednesday, 09 April 2025.
