Oral presentations: Each oral presentation will be 20 minutes, including a 5 minute question-period.

Posters presentations: Please ensure that posters are either A0 portrait or A1 landscape.

Volunteers will be available during the conference to help you with orientation or set-up issues.

Oral presentations

Oral presentations will last a total of 20 minutes. 15 minutes will be devoted to the presentation itself, and the other 5 minutes to questions from the audience. Presenters are free to choose either to use slides or a printed handout. However, please note that TABU Dag will not offer a printing service for handouts. A Windows computer will be set up with the relevant presentations in each room. Should someone want to use their own laptop to show the presentation, please, let the committee know in advance, so that we can be sure to make the necessary arrangements. Finally, as the conference has an audience with a large component of students, we kindly ask you to prepare a presentation accessible to various levels of expertise on your topic.

Poster presentations

Posters should be designed in a portrait A0 format; that is, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm (33 x 47 inches). Posters will be presented during dedicated poster sessions, one for each day of the conference. A "best poster" competition will also be held during the conference. More information will follow later on.
